All Students will need to complete the following prior to Orientation. Checklist: ● Valid driver’s license or state government issued identification ● High school diploma or GED equivalent ● Documentation of current immunizations to include: • Varicella (Chicken Pox) • Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (TDAP) • TB • Measles, Mumps, & Rubella (MMR) • Hepatitis B • Annual Influenza (Exemption Allowed) • COVID-19 Vaccination (Exemption Allowed) ● Proof of current Emergency Medical Technician- Basic License ● No felony convictions verified through MSP ICHAT (www.michigan.gov/ichat) ● Obtain uniform style black work boots ● Obtain uniform style black belt ● Obtain uniform style dark navy work pants , each student will be given an order the day of orientation to complete a urine drug screen.
